d10d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides a material additional layer of protection for your account and PHP wallet.
d10d accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). d10d does not accept deposits in foreign currency; any foreign currency conversion is the responsibility of the Player's payment provider and is not performed by d10d.
The minimum deposit to a d10d account is ₱100. There is no general maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence under d10d's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations.
E-wallet deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account balance near-instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name and registered to your verified KYC identity. d10d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or payment methods not pre-registered to the depositing player's account. Deposits received from unidentified or ineligible sources may be reversed or frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in an individual promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount that must be turned over in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed from the bonus-derived balance.
Promotional Offers are available to eligible Players only, as defined in each individual promotion's terms. d10d reserves the right to exclude Players from specific or all promotions at its discretion, including where abuse or manipulation of bonus systems is suspected. Players who hold multiple accounts or who have provided false information are not eligible for any Promotional Offer.
d10d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Bonus balances will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, if the account is closed before requirements are completed, or if the Player is found to have violated these Terms in connection with the promotion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects a game session, d10d reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the Player's account balance. Where a technical fault results in an erroneous game outcome, d10d may correct the outcome and adjust account balances accordingly. The d10d platform's records are the authoritative source of game outcomes and transaction history.
Minimum and maximum wager amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game's interface. d10d reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time. Changes to wager limits take effect immediately and apply to new bets placed after the change.
d10d's recorded game results and system logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes and wager settlements. In the event of a disputed outcome, the Player may raise a complaint through the d10d Help Center. d10d will review system logs and RNG certification records as part of any dispute investigation. d10d's final determination on disputed outcomes is binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

The Privacy Policy explains what data d10d collects, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, how long it is retained, and the rights available to Players regarding their personal data under applicable Philippine law.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the d10d Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the processing described, you should not create or maintain a d10d account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, d10d's liability to any Player arising from or in connection with use of the Platform is limited to the balance held in that Player's account at the time the liability arises.

You may close your d10d account at any time by contacting the Help Center. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Your remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months without a login. d10d may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after the dormancy period commences. Players will be notified before dormancy fees begin. The fee will not reduce any balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any updated verification requirements.

d10d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a notification displayed upon next login.
Amended Terms become effective on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than 14 days after notification except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
